    Vivi’s Original Sauce™ "Classic" Carnival Mustard wasn’t always known by this name, but it was always known for it’s sensationally savory flavor that made eating always fun and definitely memorable!!!
    Over 50 years ago a unique blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors was hand-stirred and brought to taste bud perfection by a dearly devoted husband and wife team. They took this savory sensation on the road to carnivals and fairs in the Heartland of America. Children and adults alike constantly crowded their concession stand. Each patiently, yet eagerly, awaiting their turn for the old fashioned service-with-a-smile while being served what was then known as the couple’s, “Famous Hot Sauce” laced on top of a freshly boiled foot long hot dog that was tucked into a softly steamed hot dog bun. “Mmm! Mmm! Mmm!” was hummed throughout the midway after each and every bite. It was so darn tasty that people craved for more. Like clock work, these sauce lovers constantly returned to their town’s spring carnivals and summer fairs simply to line up and once again enjoy the flavor. But eating this gourmet sensation only once a year wasn’t enough to quench their cravings, and they needed more. To satisfy their taste bud’s hankering for this specialty food that they couldn’t find anywhere else, many took to following the couple from fair to fair. This went on year after year after year after year, until one summer this amazing couple could not be found. It had been almost 50 years that this beloved couple had been bringing smiles to the publics’ faces. But just like the music of the carousel that gently slows at night’s end, and the turning of the Ferris wheel that eventually comes to a halt, this grand couple also came to need some rest. The problem was that their loyal fans wouldn’t let them. They didn’t stop searching for them and their savory, tangy, sweet and sour, heatedly hot, mustardy sauce. They had to have it, and they wanted to know where to buy it.
    The secret recipe for this homemade and hand-stirred delight was passed down to their youngest granddaughter to take to market and share with all, no matter how near or far from its traditional fairgrounds founding. In honor of the wife that this husband loved more than life itself, and for the great Americans that came year after year to the carnivals and fairs that made up so much of what America is about, the “famous hot sauce” took the new name:
